Hot Cereal

Serves:
One small breakfast bowl serving
10g Buckwheat Groats
15g Hulled Hemp Seeds
5g Cocoa Nibs
3g Seaweed
3g Flax
5g Chia Seeds
30g Coconut Desiccated
10g Coconut Manna
1/2 tsp Ginger Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
1 tsp Almond Butter
1 tsp Sea Moss
1/2 Mashed Banana (if you need it to be sweeter, like my daughter does!)
Method:
Add all ingredients to a small breakfast bowl, cover in boiling water, stir until it is all combined and let sit for 1-2 mins. Eat.
